These are products that I use with clients and in my own home:

TECH WELLNESS:

AIRTUBE HEADSET

(use this instead of wireless headphones. Helps to avoid holding the phone to your head during calls, reducing wireless exposure. The “air tube” eliminates AC electric fields (another EMF) from the phone traveling on the wire).

WIFI KILL SWITCH

(turn off your WiFi at night with the press of a button. The kill switch turns off the power to the outlet, therefore powering off the WiFi router. Useful for any other EMF emitting device that doesn’t need to be on 24/7. Or try a timer if you want to set it and forget it).

LIGHTNING TO ETHERNET ADAPTER

(use this adapter to use your phone, iPad or computer with an ethernet cable instead of WiFi. You won’t be able to make/receive phone calls but you can go online. If your wireless device has a USB-C port instead of a lightning port, use this adapter. You’ll also need a shielded ethernet cable. Choose the length you need to connect your router to your wireless device).
